Supported Employment Expectations  - VR and Wavier Services
A full day of Supported Employment training will be provided. You are welcome to attend all or just half of the day. The day will focus on expectations around service delivery and documentation. We are excited to bring providers, Counselors and Case Managers together so we all understand the SE process and can work better together to support people seeking employment and on the job. Sessions are 3 hours each and times vary by location (see registration page for times.) 
Morning Session:  
Target Audience – VR and Employment Specialists/Supervisors
Topics - VR & the 3 forms of Supported Employment (Traditional, IPS and Customized.) Paperwork, billing, and expectations for service delivery will be discussed. We will also provide a brief overview of Medicaid Waivers and how Supported Employment works with these and other long term funders. 
Afternoon Session: 
Target Audience – Case Managers and Employment Specialists/Medicaid Waiver providers who bill supported employment
Topics - This session will cover supported employment expectations – service delivery, paperwork, and billing – under Michelle P. and SCL Waivers. We will also provide a brief overview of Supported Employment expectations under Vocational Rehabilitation. 
Presenters will include representatives from: Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Division of Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities and UK-HDI’s Supported Employment Training Project.
