2006 KY APSE AWARDS   2006 Award Recipients Dick Cambron and     Keith Brown  The Nancy Hall Supported Employment Advocacy Award The Supported Employment Advocacy Award was established to honor a Rehabilitation Professional who has demonstrated exceptional determination and motivated individuals with the most significant disabilities to obtain their maximum vocational potential through Supported Employment.     2006 Award Recipient Representivie Bob Deweese  Willie Byrd Legislative Award This award is given to a person who has supported and promoted the employment of people with significant disabilities through legislation and/or legislative efforts.  Consideration for this award should be given to a legislator and/or individuals who have worked effectively within the legislative and advocacy realm to insure that people with significant disabilities have the opportunity to work.     2006 Award Recipient  Troy Klaber   Sam Serraglio Community Employment Award This award is given to a person that fosters the ideals of self determination, individual excellence and independence for individuals with disabilities to successfully obtain community employment. The candidate demonstrates an ability to advocate for people with disabilities while building partnerships with the business community, service provider, the family/provider and the individual.     2006 Award Recipient Brian  Stinnett D. Timothy Estes Award for Imagination and Innovation   An Award Given by KYAPSE In Tim’s memory, KY APSE seeks to award each year at the Annual KY APSE Conference the “D. Timothy Estes Award for Imagination and Innovation”.  The award will consist of a plaque provided by KY APSE, as well as a cash reward.  The amount will be determined each year based on contributions to a Memorial Fund established by KY APSE in November 2004 and open for donations on an ongoing basis.  The reward will be a minimum of $250 per year. 2006 Presidents Awards KY APSE President Award Tina Thompson, Communicare KY APSE Founders Award Barry Whaley,  Community Employment KY APSE Kudos Award    Katie Wolf Smith, HDI                                KY APSE Kudos Award Michelle Bazeley, Community Employment     KY APSE Kudo Award  Milton Tyree, HDI
